A Quaker hosted National Interfaith Week Event to encourage conversations, sharing and learning about what different faiths say about the environment and climate change.

Featuring:

  • Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Sikh displays & conversations
  • Earth Globe centre piece with our planet’s oceans, forests, deserts and weather and a ‘Keep Coal in the Ground Hole’ for children
  • Children’s activities to enable young people to tell adults about the world they want to live in when they are old.
  • Quaker Host & Interfaith Week Welcome Corner: endorse Lambeth Declaration 2015, Friends of the Earth, information about interfaith networks and activities.
  • Refreshments

People of all faiths and no particular faith welcome.
